The guide and tours

Help inside OpsNexa Online itself: the setup checklist, the guide for your role, and tours that point at the real buttons.

You don’t need these docs open to learn OpsNexa Online. It explains itself in three ways.

The setup checklist (for whoever sets the company up)

The admin who sets up a company sees a setup checklist on Home. It’s worked out from what exists, so steps tick themselves off as you do them: connect a server or cluster, deploy a first app, connect GitHub or GitLab, add repositories, invite the team, add a notification channel and, optionally, a private network.

Each step says what it is, why it’s worth doing and how, with a Show me button. The checklist goes away once everything is done, or when you hide it.

The welcome (for everyone else)

People who join a company that already works never get the checklist. Instead they see a one-time welcome saying what their role can do, with links to the guide and a two-minute tour. Nothing is pushed at them.

The guide

The ? at the top of every page opens Help, with the Guide: every part of OpsNexa Online explained the same way (what, why, how), for your role, with what’s already done.

The Guide: setting up the company, everyday topics, and the tours.
The Guide explains every part for your role, with what's already done.

Tours

A tour dims the page, highlights the real button and explains it. It moves on when you press the button (or Next), and it follows you across pages. Press Esc to stop at any time.

  • Start a tour from Help, from the Guide, or with Show me around on pages that have one.
  • Tours include a two-minute overview, deploying an app, connecting a server, connecting GitHub or GitLab, adding repositories, inviting your team, notifications and private networks.

What each person has seen is remembered for them, so tours and welcomes don’t repeat. Show the welcome on Home again in the Guide brings the welcome back.
