AI assistants
Let Claude Code, Cursor or VS Code deploy and look after your apps. Ask in plain words; your assistant does the rest.
OpsNexa Online speaks MCP, so Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and other MCP clients can use it directly, with the same permissions as you.

Connect your assistant
- Open AI assistants.
- Create a token: give it a name, choose its access (deploy and change apps, or read only) and when it expires.
- Copy the setup for your tool. For Claude Code it’s one command:
claude mcp add --transport http opsnexa https://yourcompany.opsnexa.online/mcp \
--header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_TOKEN"
For Cursor, VS Code and others, the page shows the configuration to paste.
What to ask
- “Deploy this repo to OpsNexa Online and give me a password-protected link for the client.”
- “My app on OpsNexa Online is down. Find out why and fix it.”
- “The last release broke checkout. Roll the shop back to the previous version.”
- “Add my Stripe key as a setting on the shop app and restart it.”
- “Create a share link for the QA team that expires in 3 days.”
- “Deploy the feature/new-pricing branch as a preview so I can show it.”
- “What changed before the support chatbot started failing?”
- “Run
npm run db:migratebefore the shop goes live, every deploy.”
What it can do
The assistant gets tools to inspect a repository, create and deploy apps, wait for a deployment, read build and app logs, roll back, restart, change settings, create share links and previews, add and back up databases, ask what changed, add deploy steps and see what they did, and move apps between servers.
Safety
- Tokens act as their owner but never above the developer role: assistants can’t manage people or connections.
- Read-only tokens only get the read tools.
- Every action is in the audit log, marked as done by an AI assistant, and on the timeline.
- With team permissions on, assistants can change only what your teams own.
